Electronics Engineer (Postgraduate in Telecommunications) Teacher. Born in August 1965. I started very early my hobby of listening to shortwave radio transmissions stimulated by my father who is a technician in Radio and TV which gave me the beginning of the radio hobby. At the age of 15 I set up my first shortwave transmitter, which I used to communicate with my friends on amplitude modulation. Then at the age of 18 (1983) I formally started with my current callsign CX7AT which allowed me with an ICOM IC-720 (which I still own) to communicate with the rest of the world. I started contesting with my great mentor and friend CX5BW Pedro Cano (SK) the best operator in Uruguay without any doubt in all bands and all modes. I have also trained in digital modes with CX7BY Raul Roji (SK) and nowadays his son and friend Luar Roji has his callsign. I have participated in many contests which have given me several diplomas. I have shared several contest with my friends CX4DX Claudio CX5AO Ariel CX6VM Jorge CX7BZ Federico(SK) CX3AW Luis, and many more colleagues.
Ingeniero en Electronica ( Post grado en Telecomunicaciones) Docente. Nacido en agosto de 1965. Comencé muy temprano mi hobby de escuchar trasmisiones de radio en onda corta estimulado por mi Padre que es tecnico en Radio y TV el cual me aportó el inicio de la radioaficcion. Con 15 años armé mi primer trasmisor de onda corta, el cual comunicaba con mis amigos en amplitud modulada. Luego a los 18 años (1983) comence formalmente con mi indicatico actual CX7AT el cual me permitió con un equipo ICOM IC-720 ( el cual poseo ) comunicarme con el resto del mundo. Comencé a concursar en contest con mi gran mentor y amigo CX5BW Pedro Cano (SK) el mejor operador del Uruguay sin dudas en todas las bandas y en todos los modos. Tambien me he formado en modos digitales con CX7BY Raul Roji (SK) actualemente tiene su indicativo su hijo y amigo Luar Roji.He participado en muchos contest el cual me ha generado varios diplomas. He compartido varios constest con mis amigos CX4DX Claudio CX5AO Ariel CX6VM Jorge CX7BZ Federico(SK) CX3AW Luis, y muchos colegas más.
